THE BERNSTEIN SCHOOL OF MUSICAL THEATER (BSMT) aims to ensure that the First Level Academic Diploma Course in RECITATION, fully meets the needs and expectations of students in relation to the reference context and the international standards required for higher education, as well as the national and international professional circuits of the sector in relation to outgoing students.
The Directorate therefore aims to offer students an artistic training pathway such as to guarantee them a professional future consistent with their academic pathway, capable of grasping the needs of the labor market of the reference sector.
The realization of this policy is embodied in the creation of a learning environment marked by continuous improvement and is shared by all BSMT staff through the construction of an Integrated Quality Management System that encompasses all facilities that deliver and support the educational process.
The adoption of such modes of operation, translated into organizational behaviors based on measurable processes, enables the BSMT to interpret the emerging European and global interest in quality assurance in academic education.
“Quality” is not an expression of a static conception, but a dynamic one that is open to a continuous critical review of the organizational and design modalities of existing teaching, and is embodied in a responsible mindset that is open to change and in an approach that is strongly oriented toward defining strategies to achieve continuous performance improvement and the full satisfaction of students and all stakeholders.
The BSMT is committed to consolidating and increasing the services offered to students both in terms of course quality and opportunities for professional success by working to consolidate and expand the network of partners (Theatres, Lyric-Symphonic Foundations, Companies of national importance, Performing Arts Production Entities, International Relations) active in the relevant world of work.
In order to achieve the set objectives, the BSMT considers it essential to activate a Quality Policies Committee, in which all sectors of the structure take part, and which is responsible for annually setting, together with the Management, the Quality objectives and establishing tools and methods for control and data collection activities.
